Prime Maintenance Company (PMC) was founded by brothers Seth and Charles Warfield, combining their expertise in real estate sales and construction to help homeowners prepare their properties for the market. Charles, with his strong background in construction, ensures that all repairs and renovations are done right, up to code, and built to last.
